Introduction

Welcome to Gather & Graze Catering LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our catering services, including our charcuterie cart, charcuterie cups and boxes, and strolling cannolis. By accessing our website, submitting an Inquiry Form, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Website Use

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or book our services.

• Acceptable Use: You may not use our website for unlawful purposes, to infringe on our intellectual property (e.g., copying images or content), or to disrupt functionality (e.g., hacking, spamming).

• Intellectual Property: All website content, including text, images of our charcuterie cart, logos, and designs, is owned by Gather & Graze Catering LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Booking and Services

• Inquiry and Booking: To book our mobile charcuterie cart services, complete the Inquiry Form on our website. We will provide a customized quote based on your event details (e.g., date, location, guest count). A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your event date and time.

• Payments: Full payment is due 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to gathergrazemi@gmail.com. Our cancellation policy is:

  • 30+ days before the event: 50% refund of payments (excluding deposit).

  • Less than 30 days: No refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns), in which case we will issue a full refund.

• Event Execution: Our team will arrive early to set up the charcuterie cart or grazing table, manage restocking, and engage with guests during the rental period. We provide individual compostable charcuterie boards for guests, disposed of after use for sanitation and sustainability.

• Customer Responsibilities: You must provide accurate event details, venue access, and any required permits. You are responsible for guest behavior and informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at booking.

• Modifications: Changes to event details (e.g., guest count, menu) must be requested at least 14 days before the event and are subject to our approval and additional fees.

3. Food Safety and Liability

• Food Safety: We prepare food in a licensed commercial kitchen, adhering to Michigan’s food safety regulations. Our charcuterie cart includes food-safe trays, a mini refrigerator, and ice wells to maintain food quality. You must notify us of guest allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. We are not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by our negligence.

• Liability Limitations: We are not liable for delays, disruptions, or damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, guest behavior). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

• Event Risks: You assume responsibility for any damages to our equipment caused by guests or venue conditions, beyond normal wear and tear.

4. Website Disclaimers

• Our website is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free operation.

• Links to third-party sites (e.g., social media) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct that harms our business or reputation.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Isabella County, Michigan. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before pursuing legal action.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
